Two veteran analysts and commentators on the Australian Media and Leisure industries  have joined together to provide their expertise to companies, fund managers, governments, investors and bankers.

Roger Colman has stepped down from the brokerage firm he founded, CCZ Equities, after 45 years in the industry. Roger started his career at the State Authoities Superannuation Board of NSW in 1974, before moving onto BT Securities and ANZ Securities before founding CCZ in 1999. He specialises in the media industry in Australia and New Zealand, ETF investing internationally particularly in the USA, mergers and acquisitions and the vertical portal markets. Roger attends many major media company’s AGMs and questions the Chair persons, meets with CEOs and has given many media interviews. He is also an outstanding sailor having represented Australia in the Olympics.

Peter Cox BEc MBA is the foremost independent economist, analyst and public speaker on the communications, leisure and media industries in Australia. Peter began his career in marketing and finance in industry with BOC and merchant banking with Bankers Trust before establishing in 1976 a specialist management consulting firm to the media industry.

Over the last 45 years Peter has provided consulting to local and overseas investment bankers, governments, corporations and investors. Peter has an extensive knowledge of the leisure and media industry trends not only in Australia but internationally and has been invited to be chairman and speaker at over 70 industry conferences in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. He has written numerous papers for clients and feature newspaper articles including for the Australian Financial Review and The Australian. Also, Peter has been interviewed for hundreds of radio and television programs and in all major Australian newspapers and business magazines. In 2013 Peter was voted top speaker at the three-day Australian Shareholders Association Conference in Sydney.

Peter takes a particular interest in marketing the sports industry, plays in national bridge championships, provided marketing advice to the Australian Bridge Federation from 2017-2023 and has created a BridgeTV Channel.
